Many of us spend too much time using ‘the socials’ for entertainment instead of focusing on things that truly matter. As a result, even when we're physically together with our families or friends, our attention is directed towards individual screens rather than engaging with one another.

Frustrating, isn't it! And that's why we've started No Screen November.

A month dedicated to changing bad habits to making better choices.

Screens are part of our lives

We all know we can’t take screens entirely from our life.

No Screen November is simply for you to use screens less often, hopefully with you not needing to have a screen attached to you in your every day.

It’s your choice - to not be stuck in front of a screen when you’re away from work or school commitments. Instead be doing something productive, fun, engaging that you really enjoy doing for the month of November.

    Start with a weekend

    Start this November with the first weekend of the month off the socials and back being social with old mates and new friends.

  • Fortnight or the full month

    A fortnight or the full month

    Any day away from screen distractions will improve your well being - but more days changing bad habits with better choices is better.

  • Go solo or as a family

    As a group of mates or with family, you’ll all get much more by improving your daily routines together than by yourself.
